Rohini’s favorite things to do in the whole world are smile, hug, and do yoga. Awesome was probably her first word, and she uses it to describe anyone and everyone who takes the effort to sculpt their bodies and minds. She’s on a mission to help people discover their potential through yoga.
She is an internationally certified (ERYT500) yoga teacher who has practiced yoga for 10 years in Australia, Malaysia and India.

La Petite Yogi
Anjana's tryst with yoga began at the age of six, and has since helped her reshape her boundaries: physically and mentally. She's deeply passionate about philosophy and spirituality and has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. Her journey has taught her to value perseverance, discipline, connection, and self-love. Her classes will challenge your mind and help you delve deeper into your immense potential as she blends these values, spirituality, joy, and laughter into a kickass yoga class. A writer, animal-lover, and an entertainment buff, this petite little Yogi strives to live a life of balance, love, and no regrets.
She is an internationally certified (RYT200) yoga teacher, certified meditation teacher (RYS300), and a certified Level 1 Ayurvedic Therapist who teaches in India.
The Dancer Yogi
Amritha has been practicing yoga for the last 6 years and says it’s been a life changing adventure. Her immense passion for dance helps her look at yoga as a way of making the body and mind flow and let go.
After 7 years of work experience and working in two companies, she realised that yoga and dance was her ‘calling’ and is now on the journey towards teaching / the art of “giving and living” to as many people as possible.
She says her favourite quote will always be: Yoga is not about touching your toes. It’s about what you learn on the way down.
The Kutty Yogi
Barathi rediscovered the love of yoga during this lockdown. She was burnt, lost and disillusioned by the corporate world and was looking for something meaningful. That’s when She joined CYS and started practicing religiously. Her practice helped her realise that yoga was more important than a job that didn’t make her happy!
In a tryst with destiny she quit and became a teacher who now inspires people on a daily basis
Whilst her classes are physically intense, she strive to create an environment that’s both fun and inspire students to work harder & triumph .
Through her classes she aims to inspire both in herself and those who come the qualities of - courage, dedication, kindness, patience and compassion!
The Philosophical Yogini
Natasha's quest for a deeper understanding of the mind and body has taken her all over India: from the calm beaches of Kerala and the foothills of the Himalayas to the busy streets of London. She seamlessly melds the ancient with the modern, the dynamic with the silent, and creates classes that are reflective, transformative and that make you ready to give your all to your life and your service.
She is an internationally certified (ERYT500) yoga teacher who has practiced in London, New York and India.
The Littlest Yogini
This smart young yogi will push you to your limits with a mischievous grin, as unwaveringly as she’s successfully pushed herself so many times. She’ll make you laugh off the sweat and tears with her dark humor and then, when you least expect it, hit you with the wholesomeness and a smile than can light up even the darkest of days.
With Vrnda you always feel that you can be yourself, no matter what your size, age, fitness level or current mood is and honestly that’s something to treasure these days.
She is an internationally certified (RYT200) yoga teacher who teaches in India.
The Calm Yogini
Pallavi is passionate about bringing together mental health and Yoga to create healing spaces of growth, reflection and evolution. As a psychologist, she merges Eastern and Western philosophies to create modern day wellness that is grounding and nourishing. Yoga showed Pallavi a more conscious way of living and she loves to extend that to anyone she meets!

The Flexible Yogini
Lakshmi has a certain innocence and love and it shows in the way she teaches her classes. She started doing yoga at the age of 8 and the love affair that started then has only gotten stronger with time!
Through her classes she shares the magic and her understanding of how yoga enhances the human body's health and well-being!
In her free time she loves impromptu travel, taking pictures and watching Chota Bheem 😅
She lives the philosophy of simple living and shares it with all who come her way
The Fashionista Yogini
At a time when her life was feeling like a maze, Riddhi found yoga. At first the journey started purely for the sake of feeling better in her body but with time it soon blossomed into a safe space for self discovery. She took a leap of faith and joined the ttc and now works on creating and holding spaces that help people discover that yoga is so much more than just a physical exercise.
Along with yoga She loves dancing, sports, travelling, photography & fashion ❤️
She is 23 year old graduate in Electronic media and Fashion designing. Along with changing the world with yoga she is also working towards building her own RTW fashion brand called NOTSOSURE.
